If you are his freind he will at least listen to you tell him everything you know and don't make up any details just the facts. And let him decide what to do from there.

Ouch!
First, what evidence do you have? This is a touchy situation, mostly because he may accuse you of being jealous. Make sure you have hard evidence, and make sure he knows that you care about him and aren't simply trying to "steal" her.
Wow. Without knowing more of the situation, what your friend is like, what she's like, etc., it's hard for me to try to give more advice than that. Sorry! Good luck, too.

Just tell him what you know, the quicker the better. But only if you are absolutely sure.
