Monday night used to be "Medium" night for me but it moved to another night.

My Monday is okay. I made a chicken and rice casserole for supper and I was pretending to be the traditional 1950's "housewife". I had supper ready for my husband when he got home and the table was set and I even made an apple pie for dessert. (It was frozen, but hey, I baked it) My son and husband didn't know what to think. Now if I was really from the 50s, I would have immediately jumped up and washed dishes after dinner, but since I'm not, my husband did it. lol It was fun pretending. Oh, yeah, wife swap comes on tonight. Can't wait. Then, I'll probably go to bed. Sorry I took so long telling you about my evening. Enjoy your popcorn and Ho Ho's!!!!

My son's 14 th birthday. Family dinner. He asked for a tapas dinner. Who taught him about that stuff. lots of work. Darn got to go cook now.
