If both of them have network Interface cards you could get a crossover ethernet cable and do like the guy said, just hook them together with the cable and run the Network Setup Wizard in the Control Panel on both of them, then share the floppy drive over the network by right clicking it in "My Computer" and selecting "Sharing" from the drop down menu. Follow the directions and the Wizards will do most of the work.

Consider getting a USB drive....

Otherwise, research USB network, Firewire network and ethernet network, depending on what is available in both.

Get the appropiate cables and cards, share resources on both computers and go from there (USB drive is MUCH easier!)

By networking them. There are many ways to accomplish this, but the easiest for someone not familair with this type of thing is to purchase a software call NETWORK MAGIC. It's a great product and will walk you thru the process, as well as to had SOME security to your network.

This will make it very easy for you to network your systems, and accomplish file sharing between them. Good Luck!!
