everyone does, this really is the American thought isn't it? blame the whites! that's it, I cant get a job......its the whites fault. My brother died......its the whites fault. Everyone is different, when it benefits that race, but were all the same if the white person says anything! if everyone really is different why does everyone blame an entire race for things only a few actually do?

ok lets even this out firstly we are different i may be nuts but i'm not blind but that's the fun part, it's how people handle that difference that's the problem. me i love difference it's like a new toy to figure out but some will treat you like an invader not because of who you are it's what you represent, many folks still have a child's inability to share, so try and look at them as children the more they know you're angry the more they'll press the issue. see i have no problem being equal to anyone else because i'm from toronto and there you can go from majority to minority in a matter of minutes depending on which way you walk so please try and be careful when you say "you guys" not all of what you see represent the whole ya know?

Buck up...It's not easy for alot of immigrants.
My husband is Mexican...Like FROM Mexico. He came here at 6 and there wasn't ESL back then...it was complete submersion. He was fluent in 6 months. He is a hard worker, makes a very good income (more than most 2 income families), is an extraordinary businessman.
You want to complain about looking different?..
My husband is 5'3'', has a squeaky voice...and he is still a success. Actually 5 out of the 6 children in his family make more than six figures a year and no one has gone to college. That's determination.

People of all races are force-fed these stereotypes daily about different people and cultures and that's all that they have to go by, much of the time, so that's what they believe. Until people start thinking for themselves instead of listening to the hype and the media, no one will ever see anyone as an equal.

Its hard not to see color when people of a certain party collect everyone into groups and then pretend that it is 1950. Hillary and Obama go to Alabama and now we are talking about race all weekend; Even if you don't see the connection, I do.
If you really thought about it, there are few Americans who really care what race someone is.
Interesting phraseology: ...Americans (whites)... Was that some Freudian slip?

Americans are naturally insecure and uptight because they've been spoon-fed everything from their freedom to their free public schooling. Compared to other countries, they are the spoiled rich kids of society and are told from day one that their country is the superior one on earth. When I was in the Army we had to say that this is the "greatest nation on earth" every single day. After a while it was engraved in our brains that we're superior to all others.
Of course I don't think that anymore. We're all children of the gods, and all equal. I too am saddened by the actions and "morals" of Americans today.

Please do not generalize.
There are many people of all colors who do not see themselves as different, better, smarter.
Ignorance in all races cause people to become prejudiced, not the color of ones skin alone.
Even though I grew up in an intolerant family, I could not see any sense or reason for the bigotry. I have lived my life looking for the inner beauty of individuals, not their outer appearance.

One might be tempted to ask whether your question does not separate (whites) from other people. If separate, then unequal, as the Supreme Court ruled.
