You might try asking them if their parents had any children that lived.
Or tell them that when they were born their momma had a little boy and a turd, but the little boy died.
Suggest they go take their medications.
Tell "John" that "Bill" must be an astronomer cause you heard he was interested in uranus.
Don't get into the Yo Momma stuff. That's just childish. heh heh
