I used to wear a gel filled bra (size 34 A) then I went to the Doctor spent some money. Now I wear a D cup. And perfectly perky too.

i think it really depends on what size u r really to what looks best, but for me i use lightly paded just enough support

I love Victoria Secret Demi bras, they are lined, but not padded....

a strappless bra with tank tops. a racerback bra to avoid adjusting my straps. t-shirt bra to eliminate bra lines.

i wear lightly papded bras....there good because they give enough suport and they keep your nipples from showing unlike the unpaded bras.
