Auto mutilation is common in India amoung the Hijra Caste, they prefer to be Neutral than "male". I was wondering if anyone knows how the USA would view such an elective way of life, and to reject such notion of either being "m" or "f".

At birth the person would have been assigned male or female, and if they were so inclined the person who had the organs removed could get a letter from the doctor who would state that the person had genital surgery and they would then legally become the other gender, if they didn't show the letter to the state they would remain legally the gender they were assigned at birth.

A lack of genitals would probably leave you with the designation your were born with. The Hijra remove their penises and testicles, but not the inner organs, and none of that changes the chromosomal gender of a person. So, there probably won't be a 'N' option rather than F or M

come on now, just because a guy removes his penis and nuts doesn't make his sex ambigous. what about the hairy chest and lack of breast tissue and wide shoulders and strong jaw and .... oh snap the list goes on. if he removed his penis and he never had a vagina, he's still a dude, a moronic dude, but a dude nevertheless
