This isn't actually a lawsuit, but I know of this guy how paid $320 to legally change his name to *** HOLE. This is no joke!!!! His reasoning for changing his name to *** Hole was because he wanted to become a comedian.

Our home owners association was sued by itself.
the suit was filed by a lawyer in the name of our association. We presented notorized affidavits from the majority of the board members stating the board had not authorized the lawsuit. It took the Judge 6 months to rule that the suit had no validity. Inspite of several requests we were never allowed to know who hired the lawyer to file the suit. This ridiculous situation cost us $6000. I consider this legal identity theft.

i've got heard of one the place a woman bought a motor homestead. She started happening the line, positioned the motor homestead on cruise administration and then went lower back to the galley to make supper. The motor homestead crashed (marvel, marvel). She sued the motor homestead producer because of the fact the vendors instruction manual did not specify which you needed to stay at the back of the wheel and steer while it replace into on cruise administration. i've got heard this one is real. the new child stroller i bought had a small basket on the backside to hold stuff. there replace right into a sparkling warning sticky label on it that suggested to not positioned toddlers in there. That in all probability potential that somebody tried, and gained some earnings a lawsuite.

I think the one about the house burglar suing the homeowner for shooting him in the foot or someplace non-lethal.

Burglar actually won I think. But if the homeowner had of shot him dead, there would have been no legal problems at all.

There was some lawyer who got mad because he posted messages on Yahoo under his actual name and was "taunted".

The outcome was the removal of discussion boards.

Ridiculous.

I heard a burglar successfully sued for injuries received when falling though a skylight. I don't know where.
