Will sex help now!!!????

Here's what has happened. I'm 37 weeks. I had a membrane strip 4 days ago. Since then I've completly lost my mucus plug. Major braxton hicks. Mild backache. (just from belly stretching) So, now that I've lost my plug, will semen from sex put me into labor. Oh yeah, 4 days ago, I was 2 cm and 50% effaced.

it's not a 100% efective method, but it might work. Trying can't hurt. In theory you can have sex until your water breaks so...
Walking might help you lower the baby, and dilate faster also.
