As you'll see in the attached text of the 14th amendment, civil rights are meant to prevent blacks from being unfairly treated in the post-slavery era (aka being sent back to Africa, being returned to slavery, etc.) Therefore, civil rights are not gay rights.

No one will ever know how many 'young black lesbians' there are. Even if they did, it has nothing to do with any connection between Gay rights and Civil rights. Gays already have the SAME rights as anyone else.
