You are asking for a new password on a public forum...... I'm speechless.
Okay, a good password is a random string of letters and numbers FOR EXAMPLE; "fj48fhw95hf94jf8" (don't use this).
You should check your computer for spyware and viruses, as that is the most likely way your account was 'cracked'.

Uhhhh.....
You're asking anybody around the world what a good password is? Well, that may not be your smartest move. Come up with sometihng yourself. Here's a suggestion: I have a program that requires password entry on my computer and i put in something totally random and mixed. Okay, this isn't actually a pssword of mine, but here's a good example - something nobody would guess and something that doesn't relate to you but that is easy for you to remember. My example: something random like: lemonjuice9567
or maybe even: polomania5
or perhaps: cycle9fanny
Just make it sometihng random and don't tell people what it is of course! Good luck. Any questions or hints it's jobr1605@yahoo.com (i allow email).

If you choose an email and address from anyone on here then they will have that info right? Here is what I suggest. Think of something you enjoy in hobbies and put that in the name like for example Art_fanatic. As far as the password goes be sure to change it every few weeks but make sure that it has numbers as well as letters. Make sure you keep that password somewhere where you will not lose it but I suggest you never put it on your computer. Good luck!

(Psssst...If someone tells you a password then, they're gonna hack into it.)
Try putting names and numbers then name. For example this should be a hard password:
NutG89eats
(Oooops, I just gave out my Runescape password, keep it a secret)
Then, make an email address only for myspace. Don't tell anyone, so if someone knows your password, then atleast they don't know your email and can't hack into it.

your e-mail can be anything but your password should be random like this djfdhfsd. just copy this to a paper and when you use your email just copy your random password. also to make it better. capitalize letter and lowercase letters and don't just do letters, do commas or numbers or punctuation like this 43$6gHG<~+/fsD*

Use all the availble spaces. No common names like dog or cat. Your phone number backwards plus area code would be good.
