First off how exactly is Mallrats a stoner movie? I mean sure it has Jay and Silent Bob in it but they are supporting characters! Now Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back would be more of a stoner movie because they are the predominant characters. Scarface isn't in any way a stoner movie. It's a crime movie! Fast Times at Ridgemont High is kinda a stoner movie but not really. Animal House is a college movie and not a stoner movie. The Breakfast Club only had one scene in which some of them smoked weed so I wouldn't call that one a stoner movie either. Dude Where's My Car was just plain retarded and not a stoner movie. Shaun of the Dead was a comedy movie with Zombies no weed in it at all. It was mentioned by Ed, yes, but still no weed. Detroit Rock City was a stoner movie for the most part I guess. Dazed and Confused was too but I liked Detroit Rock City better. The rest of the movies I've never seen.

Most of those aren't stoner movies, some not even involving blazing. Best stoner movie, Cheech and Chong Nice Dreams.

Half Baked wins easy for stoner movie. How High is good for music. I wouldnt call fear and loathing a stoner movie. That is hard core.
