No, neither of them. Especially American Dad. If anything, we're laughing harder at our own suburban/military dad/post 9-11 climate than anything else. If one of the shows would routinely do, for instance, black jokes, and never teased any other sect of color, religion, orientation or gender, then there would be a problem. But they allow us to laugh a bit at ourselves.

No, because they go out of their way to offend *everyone* If it was a show that was constantly racist against blacks, or Mexicans, then I'd say yes. But they make fun of every race, every gender, celebrities, books, movies. Everything.
So, no, it's not racist.

they do have racsist comments but don't all shows have that kind of aspect just to improve the ratings....and honestly, don't take it seriously,you still laugh @ the jokes don't you?
