If you're talking about the sleeves, because they tend to be leather or something similar, then you can buy lubricants out there that are made to keep leather soft and supple. I would ask someone in a leather shop or even a shoe store. I used to have a leather jacket, and when I bought it they sold me some stuff to rub on it regularly to keep it from cracking, so I woudl think you need the same thing.

Treat it with what ever the type of fabric or Leather it is I am thinking its leather. What I do for my saddles to keep from cracking I use leather soap and leather protectant on them so if I am riding in bad weather I can keep it from shriking and later cracking. Treat that Jacket with care and talk to your nearest Leather clothing store or even a Farm and Feed store they will have the stuff for you as well.

I put up a link for you to look at allot of other web pages to help you with the care of that Jacket. Since I dont know what major City is near you I cant find the best store to help with your care.
