wondering what its all about. is it real or just another weed like grass??? what does the grass look like(bahia, st. augustine??) will it kill my neighbors yard?? or is this too good to be true?? thanks...

heard of it yes, seen it yes, want it no. I like yard work and zoysia is a low growing grass you may have to mow once every 2 weeks. If you don't mind paying someone, might see if there's a neighborhood kid who mow it cheap. Zoysia will lovethe heat down there, but may turn brown during the colder nights, it's gotta get below 45 to do so.

It is real and is a good product if you don't like to work int eh yard.

I planted this stuff in california... it sucked big time... planted 6 in apart and all I got was clumps about 6 in high, never spread in a year... took it out and planted fescue...
