No, this guy wants to go to Dumanjog, Cebu Island in the Philippines to live (and eventually marry) someone he met on the internet...
so he wants someone who lives there to help him figure out how much it would cost him for a year to live there and what he needs to bring...this is the such a silly question but let him be -5 LOL
