Harajuku street fashion is very varied. It's divided into lots of other styles i.e. Fruits, J-pop, J-rock, Visual kei, Street, Indie, Punk, Gothic, Igirisu (english) (vintage), Elegant Gothic Lolita (has now been adapted for guys into a gothic elfen/classic vampire type of style too), Cyber, Classic, Tencho, Kitsch-pop, and Animanga. Harajuku itself (while filled with many a fashion as per the above list) has one main style which was developed there which is mainly punk, street and Fruits. There are two books I'd recommend- "Fruits" and "Fresh Fruits", which show loads of people (men and women) dressed in the above styles of clothes (inc hair etc) on the streets of Japan.

As a guideline:: Spiky/messy hair (with colours if you can manage it, or hair extensions), torn jeans, or flares, high shoes or boots i.e. dr martens, new rocks, tracksuit zip top, or torn and funked up t-shirt, much accessories i.e. cyber goggles, wristbands, belts, and chokers/necklaces. Make up doesn't really matter, but a bit of neon coloured or black eye make up all the way around the eye never hurt anyones ^_^

you can't!
You just need to find a style and make it your own. It can have a Goth feel to it if you like or it can have a 60/70s feel to it (this seems to be in at the moment). I like a mix that I have seen around of 30/40s Goth mix seems individual and can look very cool. But I think don't follow a "trend" but find a style and tweak it and then live it. Most of all just have the guts to look the way you feel comfortable with.

try going to pacsun. My friend was looking for Harajuku stuff, and we found some at pacsun..Im not exactly sure if they have guy stuff...try going to www.pacsun.com and search "harajuku" and see if anything comes up. =] goodluck!
