i am 13 and my mom always finds good deals at the clearance rack in Old Navy. My mom is a bargain hunter. You could also look at Target, Khols, or MJR. Keep on the look out for sales in the newspaper or on TV. Good Luck!

well you could go to Ross, or JCpenny. But what teen girls like the most is American Eagle and Aeropostale. these two stores have great deals for a branded shirt u only have to pay 6.99! i take my daughter there all the time and she loves it.
