I had a problem with feeling dizzy and faint in school. It turns out that I had low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Eating high protein and low fat meals, like chicken, and also eliminating simple sugars and carbs like, candy and white bread will help. Also eat a small meal every one or two hours. Look hypoglycemia up online and see what diet tips you find. Try following them and see if changing your diet helps at all and if after eating certain things you feel better or worse. Maybe that's what's going on, maybe not. good luck

You could have a minor inner ear infection.....
Or a blood sugar thing.
Go see the Doctor, dizziness is usually not serious, but you do need to rule out anything that is.
