she was in a heavilly armoured saloon car ( a mercedes? )travelling at something like 80mph, driven by an experienced chauffeur, in the car was her bodyguard who, as part of his job of keeping her alive, would never have allowed the driver to hold the door open for her if he was as over the limit as is claimed. the car was struck a glancing blow by a clapped out peugot or renault, and this was enough to send this giant of a car into an uncontollable skid, whereupon it hit a pillar in a tunnel, killing three of the occupants. but theres no conspiracy, no sirree, the royal family and the establishment would have been overjoyed at the mother of the future king being maried to a muslim. so it was purely an accident, i mean you know the damage those little cars can do to a heavilly armoured car, they're renowned for it. so you'd be a fool and a communist to think there was a conspiracy theory here, so just move on, turn of and leave the area.

Ok my theory: Charles loves Camilla, But she can't have kids which puts charles lower on the rung to the throne. Charles fines a woman of good breeding stock (Diania). They marry she pops out two kids. Then Charles decides it's time to end the plan. He makes Diana look crazy leaking stories also sleeping around on him etc.

They get divorced and he figured she would disappear and be frogotten! The plan went bad Diana became more popular than Charles that made it possible for her to be Queen and charles just a red headed step child in the mess.

Then came dodi. Mideastern prince or whatever I am not sure.
Rumors fly about diana being pregant and them getting married.
This makes the royals uneasy. A chance for a foreigner to be king or a prince that is not of Royal blood.

At some point the royals decide it is time to whack her.

Princess Diana did die in an accident. It was a horrible car accident. He chaffeur was driving her to some meeting. When the car flipped killing her and the chauffeur. They said he was drunk and he had 7 times the amount of alcohol in his blood. The only one who survived was her bodyguard, who was also present during the car accident. No one in the car was wearing a seatbelt. Princess Diana suffered severe heart damage and intensive internal bleeding. On her way to the hospital she went into cardiac arrest 2 times
