I have received so many 'political' email petitions over the last few years - why are they even created?

Don't people realize that you can only legally sign a petition once? If you add your name and send it to 10 people, then there are 10 separate petitions of the same thing with your name on it.
And if those 10 people send it to 10 more, and then 10 more, and then 10 more (etc) there will be thousands of petitions...all the same...with your name on it.

Where's the logic?

The only one I ever signed was to ban animal fighting....dogs and chickens. That is so unfair to poor Innocent animals.
