No. Many women experience "implantation bleeding", which indicates that she conceived. Also, some women still have period-like bleeding early in their pregnancies, or even longer. It just depends. When in doubt, see a doc or clinic.

Any time sperm is involved, there is always the *possibility* of getting pregnant (especially if your cycle isn't regular). If you got your period than it is most likely that you are not pregnant. If you do not want to get pregnant, you need to ask your partner to use a condom with spermicide or you need to abstain from intercourse (he can ejaculate, just not in or near your vagina).

normally I would say yes but you never know. There is only one way to make sure 100% that you don't get pregnant and that is not to have sex.
