No, installing hard drives on NT is the same as all other windows versions. No special options required.

No.... not for the disk itself.

The necessary IRQ is already allocated to the hard disk contoller that the hard disk is connected to.

The driver for the controller is resident within Windows.

No, the BIOS will handle that four you. Just make sure the drive is correctly identified as single or slave.
