Go to godaddy.com pick a domain name that is not taken. Buy it for ~$9.00. It is $1.99 if you choose to host with them. For hosting a website the price is ~$4.00/month with the economy package. There are many more domain companies such as ipowerweb to choose from that will do the same for about the same price.
