If George Bush made the same movie he would not win an oscar and would be heavly criticized. The only reason Al Gore won is because he is in the hollywood crowd and is friends with all the liberal actors and actresses in Hollywood.

Didn't you hear??? The Supreme Court had a recount and took Gores Oscar away from him last night. The 5 to 4 majority ruled that it was not fair that Gore won an Oscar for the his movie about Global Warming, since G. Bush was the one responsible for most of it.

Yes because he is a current president.When was the last a current president made a movie .If you or I or some unknown producer had made that movie it would have been lucky to get on PBS.Bush would not have made this movie and I think Gore only used his name to make this movie.

Bush believes in global warming, he's just smart enough to know that man is not resposible for it. The world goes through natural heating and cooling cycles. Anyone old enough to remember the 60's remembers that everyone was screaming about the oncoming ice age.
History will prove who was right and wrong.

Al Gore deserved it.
Also, Bush would never make this movie because it involves social awareness. Something has none of.
