What do you think of the idea that "In GOD we trust" isn't on the coin? Isn't it about thime that us people that believe in GOD & our founding fathers rise up & defend what the country was founded on? To hell with the atheists & muslums & budda worshipers--most of them are in our country illegally--ast least the eligal mexansins believe in GOD.--not that they should be here either-taking benifits away from taxpaying citizens!

Your question is so strange, you are rambling and contradicting yourself. this country was founded by people ESCAPING religious persecution, so it is unfair to force an entire society to believe in God. I also like how you went on a tangent defending Mexicans bc they beleive in God then promptly dissed them again, make up your mind! And as a direct answer to your question, i think the idea to make coins is ridiculous and wont work, no one wants a bag full of coins in their purse or pocket regardless of what they say on them

I work at a bank and have been handing out the dollar coins. obviously you haven't seen them they do say IN GOD WE TRUST around the rim. I think they are beautiful coins.

i agree. this country's national religion is christianity. plus if you were muslim or whatever would you really be offended to see that on a coin. i dont think so. the stupid people in charge just THINK that they will to sound like they care about other religions.
