My Buick did the same thing. Turned out a ground wire going to the driver's side switches was bad. I really didn't want to track that wire through the door, and under the dash, so I found the ground wire, and grounded it to a screw in the driver's door. Worked great, and the repair is invisible, since it's under the door panel.

I thought they were on th same fuse. I had a problem with buick and the window switch had bad contacts. May need to replace the door switches, or the relays, motors. Take it to an auto electric repair shop. They should get you going.

Its an electrical problem as there is only one fuse for the power windows, you could have a bad front window switch or it could be dirty contacts or the plug to the switch could have come loose to the front windows.

Sounds like either a blown fuse or the motor for the window is dead. If its the motor it usually makes noise when you try to use it, but not always. Check fuses first.
