Does the same go for their future VP and also for the position of Speaker of the House as that person could become president if anything happened to the other two

The VP has to be. If the Speaker of the House is not, he/she would be skipped and it would move on the the next eligible.

the VP you have to fufill all requirements of the president. The Speaker doesn't have to be born in the US or on a US military base.

To be eligible to become President the person has to be born in the US.

The President has to be a US CITIZEN but not necessarily born in the US.
