Evelyn Rose is presious, sofisticated, and simple... perfect! I would imagine a girl with that name to be sweet and loving. I would imagine her with beautiful features. It's so sweet!
If you want something with a sweet yet edgyness to it, Madelyn Dakota would be best. I prefer "Maddie" to be spelled, "Madi," though.

Emily Elizabeth or Kathleen Elizabeth, Don't do Kylie because of Hannah Montana... the show won't be on forever... but we are fans as well. Olivia Robyn is the cutest out of your list.
Sarah, Rachel, Emma, Sophia are all cute names as well.

I really like your spellings. The only names that I would use would be Madelyn "Maddie" Dakota, or Lilly-Jo Katherine. But here are a few suggestions:

I like Isabella, Madelyn (but not Dakota with it), Mia and Olivia. The classic names are more sophisticated. My daughter's name is Madeline Grace. I do like simple, classic one-syllable middle names like Leigh, Grace, Rose.... You have some nice names up there. I guess my fav combo is Mia Johanne, but I love the idea of Isabella with "bella" as a nickname.
