I have zits that never seem to go away! I do everything! I wash my face two times a day, put acne treatments on it, use moiturizer two times a day, and wash off my makeup at night! I was going to cry today because I felt so ugly! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!

I can't really go to the dermatologist right now because of family circumstances. Please be specific in what treatments to use! Thankyou!

Okay, since you cannot go to a dermatologist I'm going to make a few suggestions and offer some home remedies.
Suggestions that have worked for me:
1)Simplify your routine. You may be using too many products at once and irritating your skin.
2) Do not go for the harshest or strongest product to try to eliminate oil.
3) Look at your make up. Maybe you need to replace your foundation or your applicators more often. You might also need to find oil free and fragrance free formulas.
4) Avoid harsh, rough exfoliating scrubs. The abrasive action can aggravate blemishes. Use gentle scrubs w/ small, smooth beads or a soft, fresh washcloth.
Narrow down your treatment strategy by focusing on 1 cleanser that really worked for you.
Some suggestions: Benzoyl peroxide washes (Oxy 10) or bars (PanOxyl) are good ways to deal with oily skin. Use with a fresh face cloth to gently exfoliate.
For a weekly mask consider Neutrogena's clay mask w/ benzoyl peroxide. Or you can put a thin layer of plain Milk of Magnesia on your face and let it dry for 10 minutes or so. It will absorb the oil and tighten your pores. (I've done this & it works even while using benzoyl peroxide.)
The idea is to stick w/ 1 active ingredient so you don't have a bunch of ingredients interacting and irritating your skin.
Use Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser (or generic version) to remove your make up at night. Then follow up w/ the benzoyl peroxide wash.
Re: moisturizer.
1) Try skipping it or using an oil free gel only where needed.
2) The other thing you can do is wash your face w/ the benzoyl peroxide only at night.
3) In the morning, use Cetaphil or Dove for Sensitive Skin or Aveeno Daily Radiance Cleansing Pads. Switching to a gentler cleanser may help prevent dryness and flaking.
If you still need to do more here are remedies I've read about many times, but haven't tried yet.
You can crush up 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask.
Or use one of these variations to make a cleanser or mask:
Mixture: 6 crushed aspirins, mixed with the liquid facial cleanser at hand (I usually use either cetaphil or tersaseptic), and 1-2 drops of tea tree oil.
Mix half a teaspoon of crushed tablets with aloe vera gel.
Held 6 aspirin in my palm, and slowly dripped water onto them until they fizzled and dissolved! Once dissolved, I added 2-3 drops of honey into it and mixed it around with my finger. Applied to my face. Keep it on 15-20mins.
Mix 6 aspirin tablets with a little aloe to make a mask.
Use about 6 uncoated tablets, witch hazel, tee trea oil, and aloe to make a thin paste.
For toner:
8 ounce bottle of distilled water add four uncoated aspirin
or
mix of 1/2 water, 1/2 witch hazel, 15 aspirin, and 2 drops of tea tree essential oil and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil

I know how you are feeling. I would skip school if my make-up didn't go on right. Maybr you're using too much and losing the battle. Try using just soap in the morningrinse it off quickly, and rub briskly w/ a towel. a moisturiser, sometimes I use a dry towel to apply and it gets it in and exfoliates for the really dry days. Something like Mary Kay Oil Control Lotion Formula #3(it's what I use and makes those nastie bumps feel like velvet and makeup stays on where it should,I LOVE IT) and at night I use Acne Terminator gel, it hasworked on mine and NOTHING has ever worked like it so far. I'm 26 and have spent thousands on OTC acne products. So I think I have some say in how to treat this w/o a doctor. I was always too embarassed to go. I still get occasional breakouts near my period, but I finally have it under control for the most part. Good luck and keep the inside goregous

Go see a dermatologist, wash your face with clearasil, get a good night's rest, continue to do what you are currently doing for your skin, and try not to get stressed out. Sometimes, when people get stressed, zits seem to appear.

Try Stridex, don't cry about your acne or feel ugly because everyone gets it sometimes. Just eat healthier and drink lots of water.
