Most dictionaries have a guide to pronunciation in the front. It's sometimes called a key to phonetic symbols. Then each word in the dictionary is followed by a key to pronunciation. Some dictionaries (like the 'Oxford Advanced Learner's) list both British and American pronunciations.

use www.dictionary.com
just type in the word and it's usually accompanied by it's pronunciation.

m-w.com (Merriam-WEebster's site) also provided a pronounciation feature that states the word for you. It is superior to dictionary.com.
