Please dress appropriately for the job. Avoid excessive makeup and perfume. It is nice to have a resume and a list of references with you. Be a little early. Be ready to explain why do you want the job. Think of some examples of why you like people and how you would like to help others. I suggest that you stress you are dependable and enjoy learning and working with the elderly.
Good luck.

Dress professional and make sure to research the nursing home you are interviewing for. In most cases they will ask you questions about the nursing home. In addition make sure you can bring up as much work related experience to the position you are applying for. Finally asks for the position. As long as you are confident you should have no problem. Good Luck

Show your patience, radiate energy, and smile. Nursing Homes need only caring, patient people who will be able to treat the patients with dignity and respect. Project that kind of attitude during your interview. Good Luck
