Go to the Seabrook Town Office and ask to see the tax card. It's on there.

Sales prices on homes are kept confidential and are not disclosed on any of the documents recorded in the county records. You may be able to tell what the loan amount is provided that a Deed of Trust / Mortgage was filed in the county records.

It won't be on the deed, but since the owner had to pay a tax stamp, there should be a record in that office.

Also, if you have ins with a realtor, they can look it up - it's on their computer system unless it was a truly private sale.
