You mean like, "Don't go swimming for 30 minutes or you'll get cramps" kind of thing? You know, I started answering this before I noticed whether you are male or female. Why does that make a difference you ask? Because in the male brain chemicals are released that tend to make us want to roll over and go to sleep, but just the opposite is said to be true of chemicals that are released in females. Females tend to want to bond and talk afterward. The solution, spoon, cuddle, talk, THEN go to sleep.
However, if you're asking how soon you can have sex again, that too depends on if you are male or female. Most men have a refractory period (a period of time before ... things are ready again). This period varies from one male to the next (usually 30 minutes [hey! ... same as swimming, whatyaknow]), and age has to be considered as well. Females are able to right away. The solution here is to make sure that she is ... happy before you become so.
