Should we be limited to ONE 'report abuse' of an individual per day? After all...if the question is THAT bad, then others will report too...
To receive a 'Violation', perhaps the questioner should receive three 'strikes' about their question from three individuals. In this way, malicious actions against a Yahoo member is less possible

Good point Indy500.....3 strikes from 3 different individuals would certainly limit the injustices some people are experiencing!
