violation notices until i get suspended? I went through and found out that i have had 45 questions removed because of so-called violations. How many removed questions do you have?

Wow. Not sure actually. I have friends that have been suspended, and it actually took quite a lot. However, those vio counts don't go away...they just chalk them up.
