The idiomatic phrase (in reply to a request for comment) is "No comment." If a person said "No comments" instead, it would be so unidiomatic as to seem quite odd.
One can easily come up with grammatical sentences that include the phrase:

Either could be correct, but no comments is actually preferable because quantities that can be measured and are equal to zero are usually pluralized.
Try these examples:
There is no person in the room.
There are no people in the room.
She has no positive quality.
She has no positive qualities.

The phrase is "no comment" and it means that you are not going to say anything, period.
I have never ever heard anyone quoted as saying, "No comments" (plural), regardless of how much s/he was unwilling to say.

if your talking about more than one comment, yes Its's ok to say comments. meaning plural. You can also use the dave chappelle approach. Plead da fifh..
