Progressive means progress. It means moving forward. Why do they think they have a right to think otherwise? Don't they know this is a free country and that freedom means we must always be changing?

So your idea of staying open-minded is to shut out the thoughts of certain people? Wow, very telling. The argument however, is not THAT the world is changing, but WHY the world is changing. The simple fact is that there is not enough sufficient evidence to blame people for the "climate changes".
