The scene includes a small red "devil". After speaking with the man, it turns to fly away, but the man grabs him by the leg, which comes off. This is all I remember of the movie, and it's been driving me nuts for years!

Sounds like a bad acid trip. Please stay away from O.J. and Hawaiian Punch. All of that vitamin C will make you see Capt. Kangaroo banging Mr. Rogers in the butt in the frozen food section of you local supermarket.
