Graduated from the University of Maryland w/ IFSM degree in 2000.
Worked for a large insurance company for 4.5 yrs. as a database analyst.
Currently, working for a small size IT company as a senior human resource specialist/database analyst for 2 years.
Have a total of 6.5 years of professional experience.
The company I am interviewing with is T. Rowe Price, a large financial company located in MD and the position is for a business analyst. What salary should I ask for?

Well you have been performing the role of DBA for 6.5 years. I assume you have not had any experience with requirements gathering, so I think that you might not have the requisite experience. Is this an entry level BA position? Have they made you an offer? I would estimate that a BA for T. Rowe Price could make between 55K and 90K depending on experience. Seems like you should ask for about 60-65K. Good luck!
