Buy? was that on purpose? that don't get much buy if that is what you mean. Communist China, Socialist Russia, and England have many socialized systems which means in a nut shell everyone gives money to the gov't and the gov't decides what is best for people. What this means beyond stage one thinking is that doctors that do bad practices still get gov't contracts.. and have to deliver gov't regulated health care which has more do with seeing as many patients as possible and less to do with treating any of them, because it sounds better to say that everyone gets seen. But a better question is how many get seen? Also goes to other subsidized systems rather than personal purchases.. such as food, clothing, shelter, or a heart transplant! But in One-step thinking "Britian and Russia and China have welfare, they take care of their people, becuase they care!"

England has a social welfare system but it's dying under the strain of systematic abuse, over-bureaucratization, pensioners now being common as opposed to rare, government under-funding, yada-yada...

England is a Social state, meaning they care for their people, Russia, and China are Communist states, which means they do not care for the people walfare, just put up the front they do.

They all have Socialized medicine. Doctors work for the government and your taxes pay your medical insurance.

They all have social security and in fact some have a better system than in the U.S.
