If you are heterosexual you are a cross dresser, if you are homosexual you are a transvestite, the used and unwashed part makes you kind of wacko, but whatever floats your boat, you're not hurting anyone, so have fun with it, love and accept yourself for who you are, and be proud!

Despite the earlier answer, a cross dresser and transvestite is the same thing, sexual orientation has nothing to do with it. Trans = cross, Vest=dress. I would agree that your fashion sense needs a lot of work, but given your prediliction for used and unwashed, I would say you have a lingerie festish and are not a CD/TV. If the fetish is controlling your life, you probably need to see someone to get treatment for it.
