some people seem to look younger than they are... do you get people stammering in disbelief when you tell them how old you are and if so, what is your secret?

hello you...hmmm ...fountain of youth...i am spectacularly youthful for my age...but i cant attribute it to anything but my energy i thnk...yes oatmeal and avocado blah blah help the outer shell...but for me its dancing barefoot in the rain, jumping on the bed, having midnight picnics, cartwheels,catching snowflakes on my tongue, passionate art and right now all that we are that keep my heart and essence eternally beautiful...

oil of olay, nutragena soap 3 x a week all over and bath and body works and simple anti aging creams like nivea and loreal and dove. for great hair, aussie roots cleaner 3x a week, pantene ice shine and restoratives products to get sexy hair........don't have the fountain of youth address yet but Atlantis is part of Santorini, Greece and all the islands and land around there.

would you believe I'm 101? I use avocado and oatmeal on my face every night, then when I wake up in the morning I scrape it off and eat it. It's kept me going all these years.
