Need PSP help ASAP?

My "O" Button on my PSP is a little messed up. I have to push it down real hard and hold it for it to work which is really frustrating when you're playing a high speed game that requires quick reactions. Therefore I really need to know why it isn't working and how I could get it fixed. Any help will do. Thanks!

Get a dry toothbrush and scrub it. Worked for me. Something fell into it or dried on it.

u may just have sticky buttons, which is a technical problem that requires opening the psp up to fix
