get a blade and a rag to wipe it off.

depends on what kind of glass it is on.if you did it yourself then a razor blade and some water thats how i had to take mine off whenever i got in trouble down in flordia for it and mine was the limo tint

They make tint remover, probably available at your local wal-mart. However a razor works just fine.
