do testicles hurt if you get an erection, but dont blow a load?

I got an erection off and on throught out the day, and my testicles started to hurt. Wondering if it could be linked to getting the erection, and not satasfying it?

Yes. Slang for it is "blue balls." It's a condition resulting from unsatisfied sexual arousal. Chemicals and blood build up and cause minor bruising and tenderness. Nothing to worry about though- you'll be fine.
