How are they not?! I'm the type of girl that buys plain clothing just to wear fancy things in my hair! I love earrings and all jewelry! If you find the right things, you can mix colors and blend an outfit that wouldn't have gone together if it weren't for accessories. Accessories adds to your outfit and gives it zest!

If you're referring to art that is worn, e.g., jewelry, purses, clothing, scarves, hats, etc., I am a very strong advocate of. I enjoy wearing truly unique, beautiful, and outstanding pieces that artists have designed and made themselves.

When you put on accesories it is basically decorating yourself; matching colors, accenting, etc..
