My friend and I haven't talked for about 17 days and just yesterday morning, she e-mailed me saying "hey, havent talked to you for a long time, hope everything is well" She was being really mean to me on valentines day so I got sick of it. on my bday, she emailed me saying happy bday and i told her "u2" because we have the same bday. That's the last thing I wrote to her. Now, I just got that e-mail and I don't know what to write to her. She is clueless and doesnt think she did anything wrong. Should I e-mail her and what should I say?

Well, aren't we all just dramatic...that is except her. You're passionate, emotional and a good friend, and she seems to be not passionate, not emotional, and as for being a good friend? Debatable. Either she is, as you say, clueless, or she really doesn't value your friendship. Think hard: Is there any reason for her not to like you? Are you in any way a lower status than her? If the answer to these are even a shakey yes, you need to rethink whether she's purposely hanging this friendship by a tight thread. If not, then, yeah, maybe she is clueless, and needs an e-mail saying, you know, "We should hang out," somthing to that effect. Don't accuse her of anything, and put in a little more work to give you guys a higher quality friendship. If she doesnt return the favour, then chill with other people, because it isnt worth it.

ok i would just email her and tell her like how she was mean to you or any thing that she accidentely upset you about but in a calm tone becasue some times people take those things really bad but you should not waste time fighting with her when you could just talk and be good friends again
hope this works!!

You should tell her that ya'll should get over yourselves. Because it's a waste of time to fight. You and your friend know that you don't have all the time in the world, so spend the time you do have together and not apart.
