I think he's using reverse psychology.
When he uses the female gender, he's actually speaking about himself.
For instance, when he asks if women like to be dominated by their man, he's actually saying that HE likes to be dominated by men.
He's a closet homosexual. He'll come out one day.

I think he is just trying to be funny. He actually has (I think) has some relationships with women, and I doubt that he acted like that with them.
