You mean Anna Nicole Smith. You combined the names Anna Nicole Smith and Nicole Kidman together, which are 2 different people. I believe Anna died from a drug overdose.

On Thursday, February 8th, 2007 Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room -- an hour later, she was pronounced dead. No illegal drugs or explanations of death were found during the autopsy, and the police are still investigating her death. The cause of death was not determined. After her death, her mother Virgie Arthur fought with the Smith's estate for both the custody of the child and possession of the body. In the end the judge ruled that the body should be buried in the Bahamas next to the grave of her son. The funeral was held on Friday, March 2, 2007 and was attended by close friends and family, including those in the legal battle with Smith's estate.

I dont know about Anna Nicole Kidman (wink wink) but I think Anna Nicole Smith died from a broken heart brought on by the death of her son

Wow. Its amazing what money can buy ya!. except for those people that live in their own little Fantasy worlds, the rest of us know what happened. Greed, Fame, Manipulation,...you name it. Look at the big Picture; over 200 million dollars at stake. as executor of Annas estate, Stern will profit between 6.5m to 33 million. as the "certified, Bona Fide" father of the baby, with no other Heirs, (ie-Virgie, Daniel, ect...), if Marshall Judgment in Anna's favor, HStern will be a very wealthy man. if this were a typical wage earning american we were taking about, Stern would be behind Bars. The saddest part about all this is..........if the world would quit Idolizing these sick M#F**Rs then they would quit thinking there ***'s were Golden. Anna's only claim to Fame was as a boozed-up, doped-up Gold-digging Stripper. ain't America Great.

I don't think she overdosed. They said she had been running a fever of 105 and that is a very high temperature!!!! Definitely something was going on inside her body!!!! She had pneumonia sometime prior to her death. I won't be afraid to say her death has something to do with that or possibly complications from a breast implant redo job that she had done recently. RIP Anna Nicole and Daniel.

Glad you corrected the last name!! Stop and think she was that Trim Spa(BABY) diet off and on plus all the drugs that that Stern person ALLOWED her to do.Looks like he (stern) helped her do herself in. Anna was out of controll and only getting worse,Stern just finished the job.SAD,VERY SAD.

well i know exsacly what she died from I saw Howard K Stern igect her with drugs she was also in depresion and had howard get her depresion meds and he gave her too many pills and by the way howard killed daniel and it's that other guys baby
they have figured itout there just not realesing it to the press
